In our learning approach, we prefer practical practice over awkward role-playing. In our Conflict Lab, we don’t use made-up situations; you tell us real stories about conflicts at work, making the learning more relatable and helping your team connect. Sharing these stories not only builds trust but also strengthens team relationships, as shown by neuroscience. You also get to watch your colleagues in action, learning from each other in a collaborative way. Continuing to talk about these stories can gradually change how everyone thinks. Our approach is for everyone, making it easy to learn and remember. We also make learning fun through play, improving various aspects of well-being.
All of this translates to integrating the learning and the meaning into daily life. Skills practiced are sustained and translated into performance.
If you’re interested in a fantastic, hands-on learning adventure and think the Lab could be just what your team needs, feel free to reach out about our Conflict Lab program.
