About Us

We wish to sound a wake-up call to empower leaders and teams
to build the strength and agility needed to take flight.

Precipice is the leader in cultivating and stewarding the strengths of individuals, teams, and systems. Our passion for continuous learning enables us to help our clients achieve results beyond their greatest expectations.

Our services will help you embrace discomfort and grow in ways you never thought possible.

We believe that true transformation happens when leaders and teams are actively engaged in the design process. That’s why we co-design conversations and training to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Today’s complex business environment and the concept of leadership development share many similarities with the dynamic interactions seen within nature, and amongst the animal kingdom. Much like different species coexisting and evolving to thrive in their respective environments, leaders must adapt and grow to navigate the ever-changing modern landscape of commerce and industry. Organizations, like resilient creatures, must identify opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and evolve their offerings to meet the demands of a competitive ecosystem. Here at Precipice, we help you forge new paths as a leader to build an inclusive, empowering and fresh way.

Our Vision

Professional Coaching & Leadership Development that transforms your leadership, relationships, teams, and community.

We want a world of leaders who…

  • Continuously develop themselves to create more connections in their communities.
  • Question their own biases and assumptions to create curiosity in their communities.
  • Care deeply to create compassion in their communities.

Our Mission

We achieve our vision by galvanizing leaders to fearlessly examine themselves as the launching pad for change.  Our aim is to inspire the kind of accountability and adaptability among leaders that creates a ripple effect into teams and communities.  Our approach is to create a platform for a world where the discomfort of positive transformational growth is embraced and where we let go of wanting to be right in favour of progress.

We soar from our own precipice by sparking conversation, examining our own biases, using a systems-thinking approach, advocating for a fulsome engagement process, and providing our expertise.  We are excited by diversity and obsessed with sharing evidence-based knowledge. Our commitment extends beyond offering formal classroom learning to ensuring you have the practice and structure you need to create sustainable behaviour change.

Our Values

We are committed to engagement, integrity, inclusivity, and service. Above all, our primary value is growth and learning.

Continuous Growth & Learning – We believe that above all things, leaders need to be learners. We know that lifelong learning creates leaders who are mobilized to positively transform their worlds and keep up with the tidal waves of complexity and constant change.

Integrity – We believe integrity creates the conditions for relationships and learning spaces built on trust. Powerful relationships and trust allow leaders and teams to confidently take bold leaps forward in their growth.

Service – All leaders and teams are in service to a vision, a mission, and each other.  Our passion is to inspire leaders and teams to bring their boldest and most courageous intentions to fruition.

Interconnectedness – We believe that we are inherently interconnected and small things can have big impacts that send ripple effects through entire systems. We are concerned with the collective.

Engagement – We believe that sustainable change only occurs when we live the credo of: nothing about me, without me.  We engage our partners in co-creating their desired future state.  Informed by accepted wisdom in healthcare organizations, we believe that the most effective leaders in the world know how to ethically engage their teams and communities to co-design changes from lived experience and wisdom.
