Think about the last time you had a really great conversation with someone. The kind of conversation where you felt seen, heard, and understood. The kind of conversation that left you feeling energized and motivated. That’s the kind of conversation you can expect when you work with a Certified Coach #icfcoach.
Coaching conversations can transform lives and help people reach their highest potential. Certified Coaches can do this through our understanding of human behaviour, our ability to cultivate powerful relationships, host challenging conversations, and our commitment to growth. Coaching is not about giving advice; it is about being a catalyst for people to find their answers and make meaning on the path to achieving their dreams.
We are trained to create a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is on your mind. We will help you to see things from different perspectives and will challenge you to think about things in new ways. We are also incredibly knowledgeable about the challenges and opportunities that other leaders and people are facing. This allows us to be a valuable thought partner as you navigate your own journey.
Coaching conversations transform lives.
Teams are under pressure to achieve more faster, with less resources, in a world that’s constantly changing. This can lead to tension, conflict, decreased resilience, and a lack of trust.
Without the ability to have productive conversations, teams can quickly fall apart. This can lead to decreased productivity, morale, and innovation.
Team coaching provides a structure for teams to explore their dreams, values, and opportunities for evolution, to set goals, and learn more about each other in a safe and confidential space. This allows them to create the dynamics that will achieve results.
The heart of team coaching is conversations and creating mutual understanding. You won’t be listening to theory or looking at slide decks. As your host and guide for your conversation, we will support your team’s ability to learn how to navigate uncertainty, conflict, and complexity together.
Do you find it a challenge to maintain a healthy and happy relationship?
You’re not alone. Many of us aren’t taught how to understand our emotions and express ourselves effectively. A powerful, intimate, loving, authentic relationship takes work and it’s worth it. By working with a Coach, you and your partner will enhance your self-awareness and communication skills to empower you to create the relationship you’ve always wanted together.
If we want to see real change in our world, we need to start by building strong relationships and connections with others. Why not start with those who are closest to us? When we come together as a partners and work towards common goals, we can create the kind of world that we want to see.
Coaching is also a highly effective way to come to terms with ending a long-term relationship where connection is still very important due to children or a business interest. We can provide a foundation for you to create a new chapter in an old relationship.
We offer a free consultation for you both to see what relationship coaching is like.
You want to be an excellent leader but don’t know where to start. Many leaders are experts in their field, promoted without training or transition.
Leadership is an art and a science, and it requires specific knowledge and skills separate from industry knowledge and experience. There are so many leadership development programs and resources available, that it can be hard to know which one is right for you.
We offer individualized leadership development coaching that will help you identify your values and vision, strengths, and opportunities, set goals, and create a plan to improve your leadership skills.
Our assessments can include the EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 tools, the most scientifically validated and reliable emotional intelligence assessments in the industry.
